NIGHT BUS is a fully dares-only party game — no drinking content. By playing, you agree to keep the dares safe, consensual, and respectful of strangers, locals, and your fellow travellers.
01What this is.
NIGHT BUS ("we", "us", "the game") is a free, browser-based party game. It's hosted at nightbus.party and runs entirely on your device. By using the game, you agree to these terms.
If you don't agree, please close the tab. No hard feelings.
02Who can play.
- NIGHT BUS is designed for backpackers, hostel rooms, and small group icebreakers. Recommended age: 13+.
- If you're under 18, you can play freely — every penalty is a dare, never a drink.
- Don't play with people you don't trust to keep dares safe and respectful.
03You're in charge of your own night.
NIGHT BUS suggests prompts. You decide what happens. If a prompt doesn't feel right for your group — skip it. Tap the next button. You don't owe the game anything.
Specifically, NIGHT BUS is not responsible for:
- Dares you accept, refuse, or improvise.
- Decisions you make while playing.
- Embarrassing photos, viral videos, or that thing you said in front of the whole dorm.
- Sprained ankles from the Hostel Olympics challenges (use common sense — no railings, no rooftops).
If a dare feels unsafe or uncomfortable for anyone in the group, skip it — there are 100 alternatives in every game.
04Don't.
- Don't accept dares that are unsafe, illegal, or could harm anyone.
- Don't pressure anyone — friend, stranger, or otherwise — to do a dare they're not into. Anyone can opt out of any prompt at any time.
- Don't use NIGHT BUS to break local laws or local customs.
- Don't be racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise gross when interpreting prompts.
05Our content.
The game itself, the prompts we wrote, the brand "NIGHT BUS", and the design are ours (© 2026 NIGHT BUS). You can play, share the link, screenshot for social — go wild. You can't:
- Repackage NIGHT BUS as your own product.
- Sell access to NIGHT BUS or its prompts.
- Use the brand name or visuals for unrelated commercial stuff.

06No warranty.
NIGHT BUS is provided "as is". The game might have bugs. The Wi-Fi might cut out at the worst moment. Your phone might die mid-Time Bomb. We do our best, but we can't promise the game will work flawlessly on every device, in every country, on every overnight bus.
07Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, NIGHT BUS, its creators, and anyone associated with the project are not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use (or misuse) of the game. You play it because you want to.
08Changes.
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the bottom and (for big changes) put a note on the homepage. Continued use after a change means you're cool with the new version.
